Ring Dinger®
Decompression Technique in Chino

If you have a bulging disc, sciatica, or stubborn neck or back pain that hasn’t responded to “regular” chiropractic or physical therapy, you may feel like you’re running out of options. At Sam The Chiropractor, Dr. Samuel Ruiz offers the Ring Dinger® decompression technique for patients who need more than a light, quick adjustment.

This is a powerful, hands-on way to take pressure off the entire spine at once. Many patients notice immediate changes in pressure, motion, and nerve symptoms.

Dr. Ruiz’s goal is simple: real, noticeable relief and better function, not a temporary Band-Aid.

What Is the Ring Dinger® Decompression Technique?

The Ring Dinger® is a manual spinal decompression adjustment performed on a special table. Using a towel and controlled traction along the Y axis, Dr. Ruiz delivers a precise pull from top to bottom to help open the joints and relieve pressure throughout the spine. There is no twisting or rotation, which is why he considers it one of the safest high-force adjustments when patients are properly screened.

Every Ring Dinger® session is paired with a full-body, three-dimensional chiropractic adjustment to your spine and extremities, not done as a quick, standalone pull. Dr. Ruiz carefully tailors the amount of force to your body, your condition, and how you present that day.

Who It Helps (and Who It’s Not For)

Ring Dinger® decompression can be especially helpful if you are dealing with stubborn pain or nerve issues. Patients often seek this technique for problems like:

  • Bulging or herniated discs, including in the neck
  • Sciatica, radiculopathy, and numbness or tingling in the arms or legs
  • Stiff necks, headaches, migraines, and stress-related tension
  • Chronic low back pain and a constant feeling of spinal pressure

Dr. Ruiz does not perform the Ring Dinger® on elderly or frail patients, people with cancer, recent heart or spinal surgeries, or pregnant women. He reviews your history, exams, and any imaging you bring, and will refer you out if it is not safe or appropriate.

What to Expect: Feel, Results, and Office Policies

Most new patients should plan about 45 minutes for their first visit, which includes consultation, exam, full-body adjustment, and Ring Dinger® decompression if you qualify. Many people feel instant pressure relief, easier motion, and less pain or tingling, though some normal muscle soreness later is common, similar to a hard workout. Most patients do well with around six sessions, but improvement often begins from the first visit.

The full-body adjustment with Ring Dinger® decompression is approximately $400 per visit, paid at the time of service. Sam The Chiropractor is a premium, cash-based practice: no insurance, no workers’ comp, no walk-ins, and no X-rays taken in the office. Please contact us in advance to schedule and confirm details, especially if you are traveling in.
