Our office is at 12598 Central Ave, Suite 217, Chino 91710, in El Centro Real Plaza. We’re just off the 60 Freeway at Central. The IHOP and McDonald’s across the street make for easy landmarks. When you enter the plaza, drive back towards the two‑story medical building.

Free Parking and Accessible

There is plenty of free parking throughout the plaza. Our building has private parking in front and back. Head into the two‑story medical building and up to the second floor by stairs or elevator.
